Depends on the country I guess Government-run healthcare is a great idea when it CAN be provided, but there are countries where the government either can't provide it for shit, leaves doctors and other healthcare employees underpaid or doesn't really care, focused on different, sometimes unimportant matters like squabbling among one another - that's when privatization is the only solution.
I ticked private because I observe the latter situation every day where I live
